For the Napalm Death shaped picture disc “Stunt Your Growth” we had to assemble several different objects to come up with the laboratory animal artwork.

While flipping through the inlays of the Napalm Death album “Apex Predator – Easy Meat” we soon had an idea how we want to have the shape look like. Unfortunately one cannot simply google a matching image and that´s it. Therefor we had to puzzle together the desired artwork by merging different pictures: Maybe you already realized that the laboratory animal has the body of a hamster, the head of a mouse and a rat´s tale. We got us a sun flower, waited until it dried out and took photos from different angles, added some scars, bandages and blood stains until everything looked correct. For the back of the shape we wanted to do a typical Napalm Death collage like artwork and left it oldschool black and white.
